You can either pay your bill by calling your local depot, credit control department or via our Automated Payment line.

Automated Payment Line

The Automated Payment line allows you to pay your heating oil bill over the phone, whenever it is convenient for you.

You will need to know your account number (found on your invoice) and have your credit/debit card details to hand. If you need help you can be transferred through to our accounts department at any time.

Easy Payment Plan

We understand that sometimes paying for your fuel bill in one lump sum can be a real stretch on your finances. This is why we offer you the option to join our Easy Payment Plan.

We work out a suitable monthly amount to cover the cost of your oil.

You can then pay by Direct Debit, managing your fuel costs over the year.
